In my events, it is about the Free holistic family constellations – a special and powerful method that allows everyone to actively shape their own constellation if they wish to.

Basically, family constellations support us in making inner problems visible and tangible – for example, issues from relationships, family, daily life, or from within yourself.

Often, unconscious patterns or blockages emerge that have accompanied you for a long time and that you may want to resolve or change. Through the new perspective and shared experience, more clarity arises. As a result, a sense of relief is often felt, and there is nothing preventing you from sorting things out internally.

We meet on an equal footing and together we see what develops, what emerges, and what solutions can arise.

Everything takes place in a protected, appreciative environment.

There is no "must" – you decide for yourself what and how much you want to share. What is important is that you feel comfortable and that what you share feels right for you.

• With your own constellation: Do you have a topic that moves you? We will work together to explore what wants to emerge.
• As a representative: You take on another role and discover interesting insights for yourself through the perspective on others.
• As an observer: Perhaps you simply want to observe and see what happens. Even as a silent observer, you can experience a lot and take insights away for yourself.
