In this intensive seminar, we dedicate ourselves to the so-called “shadow aspects” – those repressed, unloved, or unconscious parts within us that nevertheless significantly influence our thinking, feeling, and acting.
Using methods of systemic shadow work, we create a protected space where these aspects can become visible, understandable, and integrable. Shadows often manifest in the form of recurring conflicts, strong emotional reactions, self-sabotage, or blocking relationship patterns.
The goal of the seminar is to no longer fight these inner dynamics but to consciously perceive them and use them as a source of strength.
The seminar is aimed at individuals who wish to develop personally, as well as coaches, therapists, or consultants who want to deepen their self-experience. No prior knowledge is required.
