The oboist Ramón Ortega Quero, trained in his hometown Granada as well as in Seville and Rostock, won First Prize and all Special Prizes at the ARD Music Competition in Munich in 2007. In the 2010/11 season, he was nominated as a “Rising Star” by the European Concert Hall Organisation; additionally, he is a scholar of the “Borletti Buitoni Trust” London. Since 2008, he has been a solo oboist in the Symphony Orchestra of the Bavarian Radio and also performs as a soloist with many other leading orchestras. He plays chamber music with Elena Bashkirova, Kit Armstrong, and Mitsuko Uchida in concert series such as in Vienna, Salzburg, Valencia, or Vancouver and at numerous international festivals. He has already received the “ECHO Klassik” award twice. Together with the Zagreb Soloists, founded in 1953 and touring worldwide since then, he plays, among other pieces, the Oboe Concerto in C minor by Domenico Cimarosa and the “Italian Concerto” by Bach in an arrangement by Andreas Tarkmann.

You can also order your subscription by mail or phone. But please note: Those who show up personally at the ticket office will be served first.
Prices for the subscription (6 concerts):
Category A: 188 euros (reduced 95 euros)
Category B: 145 euros (reduced 74 euros)
Category C: 106 euros (reduced 55 euros)
Category D: 73 euros (reduced 38 euros)

Prices for single tickets:
Tickets cost between 15 and 39 euros, including ticket fee. The sale of single tickets for this event is expected to start in mid-December 2026; the exact date is not yet confirmed. Information will follow!
