Every year, the Christian world celebrates a birth. Yuck, says Death. But since every beginning also contains an end, he personally invites you this year to a Christmas special version of his award-winning comedy program. After all, he is on a grand image campaign, and even Death should not completely close himself off from the festival of love. And so, scythe cookies will be tasted, cut-down Christmas trees and roasted geese will be sung about, and gingerbread will be outed as discriminatory. Alongside the Grim Reaper himself, the live band "Die Höllenhunde", as well as Mautzi, the right hand of Death, and many new friends will be present, all wanting to "experience" Christmas in a completely different way together with the audience.
In a black cloak and similarly colored humor, the double winner of the Paulaner Solo 2022, winner of the 1st prizes of the Tuttlinger Krähe 2023 and Café Hahn 2024, as well as the author of the book "Mein Leben als Tod" (Fischer-Verlag), addresses his audience, reports on the winter clearance sale in the afterlife, shows pictures from his private photo album, and sings hauntingly beautiful Christmas classics that take on a whole new meaning from his mouth. Because the dark season cannot be entirely left to life, even for someone like him at Christmas. With wit and charm, Death confronts the taboo topic of modern society.
