Meeting at music college in Brighton, this young band have pulled together so
many influences, to take a classic ska rhythm into the 21st century. They blend
established Jamaican dance rhythms, sprinkled with indie rock guitar and
catchy choruses that give this band a truly fresh and new sound. Clara Byrne's
mesmerizing lead vocal cuts through like a wave of emotion, her lyrical content
straight from the soul, with serious social issues explored through dramatic

headlining the first live event in Brighton and The Dome and into festival
season with appearances at Illusive Festival, Tearout Festival, Victorious
Festival, Leeds Ska Festival and at Lakefest where they were so well received on
the Friday that they were asked to cover a main stage slot the next day sharing
the stage with Stereo MC’s, New Model Army and Scouting For Girls, and they
finished the year on the main stage at House of Fun with Madness in Minehead.
2022 was another busy year with a European tour supporting Buster Shuffle in
June and support slots with The Selecter, Popes of Chillitown and The Dub
Pistols as well as a busy festival season culminating at Boomtown. On the
release front, the In Control EP was released in December to round off the year.

The audience can expect a best-of Seeed & Peter Fox full service that leaves hardly any time to catch their breath: alongside hits like "Ding", "Dickes B", "Stadtaffe", "Alles Neu", "Dancehall Caballeros", "Aufsteh'n", or "Waterpumpee", blockbuster tracks like "Augenbling", "Lok auf 2 Beinen", or "Molotov" are of course also on the setlist during the sweat-inducing live shows. The Monks have operated since day one under the code 'Trademarks? Yes! – Corset? No, thanks!'. After all, the band is not about a lifeless copy – first and foremost, they are huge fans of the original, creating live remixes with noticeable joy and celebrating every number with absolute dedication.

LOS FASTIDIOS… from Verona, Italy, have been touring the world since 1991 and give over a hundred concerts a year. Their sound ranges from street punk to 2Tone ska, mixed with rock ‘n’ roll, Britpop, and early reggae. It’s all about fun – with lyrics that provoke thought and get you dancing from start to finish. Enrico, the original lead singer, has been joined since 2018 by the gentle voice of Elisa Dixan, giving the band a fresh, even more captivating atmosphere.
