Die Olchis im Bann des Magiers - Premiere
Family piece 2026
We dive into the stinky world of the Olchis. A very special family. Toxic green with hair as hard as wire, horned heads, and big knobby noses on their faces. They live on a large garbage dump in the beautiful town of Schmuddelfing and are not only the tourist attraction there but also very popular with most of the citizens. After all, those who take care of the trash keep the city clean. The Olchis love stink, enjoy eating shoe soles, and bathe in mud. Flies, rats, and toads are their constant companions. Every now and then, the seven-headed family also flies through the air on their dragon Firechair.
How wonderfully stinky and fart-ridden could Olchi life be if it weren't for the cultural association with the desire for a concert hall, right at the site of the rubbish dump. The Olchis must go, and quickly! The conflict is pre-programmed.
Fortunately, the circus is in town, and the Olchis are invited to the performance. Eagerly, they admire acrobats, tightrope walkers, and clowns. There’s even a llama to clap for. But the greatest fascination is for the magician Spirelli. He masters the art of hypnosis better than anyone else and chooses Grandma Olchi as his new assistant. In a flash, she is also in “jumping pants” and follows the magician's instructions without complaint. She even eats a fresh onion and gets colorful spots all over her body from it because fresh things are toxic for the Olchis. She would never have done such a thing if she had been in her right mind. The rest of the Olchis are worried. They want to rescue their grandma from the clutches of the shady magician. But how?
Only Professor Brausewein can help. A friendly inventor from Gammelsberg. They find the solution with him – a specially developed anti-hypnosis spray. Now hurry! The mission is clear.
Will the Olchis manage to save their grandma, prevent the construction of the concert hall, and solve the theft of a golden statue?
With a lot of wit, liveliness, and the usual Olchy swear words, the big stage and its possibilities will be fully exploited.
There will be rocky songs with great choreography.
