50 Jahre Stadthalle Langen - Jubiläumsparty mit den Hits aus 50 Jahren Musikgeschichte
We are throwing a big party because there are plenty of reasons to celebrate: 50 years of Stadthalle Langen, 20 years of Rock am Sterzbach, and let's not forget 15 years of the New Stadthalle.
On November 15, 1974, the building complex on Südliche Ringstraße was inaugurated; everything under one roof: Stadthalle, city library, youth meeting place, community service center, swimming pool, physical therapy, restaurant, and bowling alleys. Together with the authorities center across the street, it created, even to this day, a unique concentration of public facilities in Hesse.
On May 21, 2004, we celebrated the first “Rock am Sterzbach” party, all still a bit smaller in the foyer. And on November 9, 2009, the renovated and redesigned New Stadthalle, the expanded city library, and the Glass/Works/Langen were officially inaugurated. Back then as now, with a big party and of course the greatest hits from a fitting 50 years of music history. The well-known DJs of the New Stadthalle provide the right musical backdrop, who have been shaking the dance floor for years in various formats.
The party city of Langen am Sterzbach celebrates itself, celebrates the music, celebrates its Stadthalle.
