The ensemble from The New Entertainment Production brings the most beautiful sketches of Loriot back to the stage with a completely new production and new stage design. Ralf Steltner, head of the ensemble:
The native Saxon and adopted Hamburger is a versatile musician, conductor, and composer. In addition to leading the Hamburg Police Orchestra and participating in the Klassik Philharmonie Hamburg, he worked for NDR and various orchestras. He was already part of the ensemble of the musical Cats in Hamburg in 1991. He arranged music for numerous artists such as Vicky Leandros, Bill Ramsey, and Harald Juhnke. Since 2009, he has been influential at the Hamburg Engelsaal, initially on double bass, later as a musical director at the piano. He composed for Silver Ladies, The Great Heinz Erhardt Show, and many other productions. As a director and author, he was responsible for shows like Édith Piaf – Mitten in Paris! Together with Pamela Heuvelmans, he founded the agency The New Entertainment Production and is currently touring with successful programs through Germany and Austria.
