A garden is like vibrant life: beautifully colorful, full of work, and in the end, everything goes underground. This is how the three passionate Dresden comedians Michael Specht, Mandy Partzsch, and Erik Lehmann present their cheerful comedy fireworks full of music and quirky characters. In a dozen different roles and with catchy songs, this "Botanical" becomes the garden party of the year. From Adam and Eve to the club chairman, they are all part of it. Because whether it's the Garden of Eden or a plot in the division – one thing is certain: Only the tough come to the garden!
This is something the quirky innkeeper Darinka Becherovkova from the club's pub "Krumme Gurke" can sing about. At her bar, the garden guru meets the ambitious division hipster, the animal lover meets the grill master, and the herbal expert meets the wallflower. Here, the worries of everyday life are set aside or, alternatively, nurtured. Here, we weed and drink, exchange seeds, and behind the compost heap, many a child is conceived. Between potatoes and pumpkins, the world is still in order, and in the end, everyone finds their garden happiness.

After the fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm

There the hardworking Hans has earned more in seven long years than he needs. And now he sets off on the way home with his little friend Tipi. The sun is burning down from the sky, and worse than the work is now the lump of gold on his back. He received it as payment, and the way home is still long. A rider comes along. The shiny burden on the traveler's shoulder dazzles him: “Shall we trade? My horse for the heavy lump?” We and most children know the story and how it continues.
But because Tipi has a say in every barter, they must discuss whether Hans should go for the trade. Thus, the question of desires and happiness keeps coming up. Does owning the horse, the pig, the goose, and the grinding stone fulfill the longing to be happy?

"Hans im Glück" nach den Brüdern Grimm

A large paper wall is the stage set. There we paint with light and shadow, with scissors and brushes the story of the Brothers Grimm. We cut Hans out of the paper, and he sets off on his way. He exchanges the horse, the cow, the goose... the fairy tale of happiness takes its course. But then it comes to an unexpected turn!
“Luck is found where you least expect it.” And the large paper wall becomes the colorful painting of happiness.
