JURAS Priest - A Tribute to the Classic Era of Judas Priest
In the spirit of the classic Judas Priest era, the formation is dedicated to the legendary years from Sin After Sin (1977) to Turbo (1986). During this period, Judas Priest anticipated the New Wave of British Heavy Metal, significantly shaped it, and had a lasting influence on heavy metal. The five musicians have decades of band and live experience. Frontman Uwe Juras is known from Fracture and April Moon. Guitarist Ralph Glodek and bassist Christian Ludwig are part of the lineup from the Led Zeppelin tribute band Mad Zeppelin. The formation is completed by guitarist Dirk Lippelt and drummer Uwe Charissé, who is also active with Schüchtern, April Moon, and Jerry and the T-Birds.
