Structure of the Training

The training is clearly structured and divided into three interlocking parts, each consisting of four modules (a total of 12 modules). Theory, self-experience, and practice are closely interconnected.

Part 1 – Essentials & Self-clarification (Modules I–IV)

The first part lays the foundation of systemic constellation work. The focus is on self-clarification, perception training, and understanding basic systemic orders. Participants learn to recognize their own issues, understand systemic dynamics, and become familiar with many different types of constellations.

Part 2 – Systemic Coaching (Modules V–VIII)

The second part deepens the constellation work and expands it with professional coaching and individual session competencies. Focus areas include inner systems, parts work, communication techniques for couples & relationship exercises, as well as supporting clients in individual coaching.

Part 3 – Leading Systemic Constellations (Modules IX–XII)

The third part specifically prepares participants for independently leading systemic constellations. Participants learn how to safely manage group processes, support complex topics, and conduct and integrate constellations ethically and responsibly.

Structure of the Training

The training is clearly structured and divided into three interlocking parts, each consisting of four modules (a total of 12 modules). Theory, self-experience, and practice are closely interconnected.

Part 1 – Essentials & Self-clarification (Modules I–IV)

The first part lays the foundation of systemic constellation work. The focus is on self-clarification, perception training, and understanding basic systemic orders. Participants learn to recognize their own issues, understand systemic dynamics, and become familiar with many different types of constellations.

Part 2 – Systemic Coaching (Modules V–VIII)

The second part deepens the constellation work and expands it with professional coaching and individual session competencies. Focus areas include inner systems, parts work, communication techniques for couples & relationship exercises, as well as supporting clients in individual coaching.

Part 3 – Leading Systemic Constellations (Modules IX–XII)

The third part specifically prepares participants for independently leading systemic constellations. Participants learn how to safely manage group processes, support complex topics, and conduct and integrate constellations ethically and responsibly.

Structure of the Training

The training is clearly structured and divided into three interlocking parts, each consisting of four modules (a total of 12 modules). Theory, self-experience, and practice are closely interconnected.

Part 1 – Essentials & Self-clarification (Modules I–IV)

The first part lays the foundation of systemic constellation work. The focus is on self-clarification, perception training, and understanding basic systemic orders. Participants learn to recognize their own issues, understand systemic dynamics, and become familiar with many different types of constellations.

Part 2 – Systemic Coaching (Modules V–VIII)

The second part deepens the constellation work and expands it with professional coaching and individual session competencies. Focus areas include inner systems, parts work, communication techniques for couples & relationship exercises, as well as supporting clients in individual coaching.

Part 3 – Leading Systemic Constellations (Modules IX–XII)

The third part specifically prepares participants for independently leading systemic constellations. Participants learn how to safely manage group processes, support complex topics, and conduct and integrate constellations ethically and responsibly.

Structure of the Training

The training is clearly structured and divided into three interlocking parts, each consisting of four modules (a total of 12 modules). Theory, self-experience, and practice are closely interconnected.

Participants learn to recognize their own issues, understand systemic dynamics, and become familiar with many different types of constellations.

Part 2 – Systemic Coaching (Modules V–VIII)

The second part deepens the constellation work and expands it with professional coaching and individual session competencies. Focus areas include inner systems, parts work, communication techniques for couples & relationship exercises, as well as supporting clients in individual coaching.

Part 3 – Leading Systemic Constellations (Modules IX–XII)

The third part specifically prepares participants for independently leading systemic constellations. Participants learn how to safely manage group processes, support complex topics, and conduct and integrate constellations ethically and responsibly.

Structure of the Training

The training is clearly structured and divided into three interlocking parts, each consisting of four modules (a total of 12 modules). Theory, self-experience, and practice are closely interconnected.

Part 1 – Essentials & Self-clarification (Modules I–IV)

The first part lays the foundation of systemic constellation work. The focus is on self-clarification, perception training, and understanding basic systemic orders. Participants learn to recognize their own issues, understand systemic dynamics, and become familiar with many different types of constellations.

Part 2 – Systemic Coaching (Modules V–VIII)

The second part deepens the constellation work and expands it with professional coaching and individual session competencies. Focus areas include inner systems, parts work, communication techniques for couples & relationship exercises, as well as supporting clients in individual coaching.

Part 3 – Leading Systemic Constellations (Modules IX–XII)

The third part specifically prepares participants for independently leading systemic constellations. Participants learn how to safely manage group processes, support complex topics, and conduct and integrate constellations ethically and responsibly.

Structure of the Training

The training is clearly structured and divided into three interlocking parts, each consisting of four modules (a total of 12 modules). Theory, self-experience, and practice are closely interconnected.

Part 1 – Essentials & Self-clarification (Modules I–IV)

The first part lays the foundation of systemic constellation work. The focus is on self-clarification, perception training, and understanding basic systemic orders. Participants learn to recognize their own issues, understand systemic dynamics, and become familiar with many different types of constellations.

Part 2 – Systemic Coaching (Modules V–VIII)

The second part deepens the constellation work and expands it with professional coaching and individual session competencies. Focus areas include inner systems, parts work, communication techniques for couples & relationship exercises, as well as supporting clients in individual coaching.

Part 3 – Leading Systemic Constellations (Modules IX–XII)

The third part specifically prepares participants for independently leading systemic constellations. Participants learn how to safely manage group processes, support complex topics, and conduct and integrate constellations ethically and responsibly.

Structure of the Training

The training is clearly structured and divided into three interlocking parts, each consisting of four modules (a total of 12 modules). Theory, self-experience, and practice are closely interconnected.

Part 1 – Essentials & Self-clarification (Modules I–IV)

The first part lays the foundation of systemic constellation work. The focus is on self-clarification, perception training, and understanding basic systemic orders. Participants learn to recognize their own issues, understand systemic dynamics, and become familiar with many different types of constellations.

Part 2 – Systemic Coaching (Modules V–VIII)

The second part deepens the constellation work and expands it with professional coaching and individual session competencies. Focus areas include inner systems, parts work, communication techniques for couples & relationship exercises, as well as supporting clients in individual coaching.

Part 3 – Leading Systemic Constellations (Modules IX–XII)

The third part specifically prepares participants for independently leading systemic constellations. Participants learn how to safely manage group processes, support complex topics, and conduct and integrate constellations ethically and responsibly.

Previous knowledge is helpful but not mandatory. Openness, willingness for self-reflection, communication skills, and a portion of courage are the most important foundations.

Certificate & Qualification

Upon successful completion of all modules, you will have:

a certification as a Systemic Coach & Family Constellator from Familienstellen Freiburg or Familienstellen Bodensee
a solid understanding of systemic connections
practical experience in constellation work
confidence in individual and group settings
the ability to independently, responsibly, and professionally lead systemic family constellations

The training enables you to apply systemic constellations in a professional context or for personal development.
