In the evening, the bar RABENWEIN offers you an unusual selection of "slow" wines, which are naturally fermented without synthetic yeast and thus slowly mature to develop and retain their full, distinctive character. The wines come from all over the world and are supplied to us by the nationally renowned wine hall K&U from Nuremberg, which specializes in this.
