The 40-meter high glass elephant is the landmark of the amusement park in the city of Hamm.
In addition to permanent and special exhibitions and five annual markets, Maximilianpark offers a varied program of concerts, theater performances, comedy shows, and children's festivals.
Various premises are available for private events.
The 4 barbecue houses, "Elephant", "Half-timbered", "Workshop hall" and "Solar" each have space for 20 people.
The Coal washing plant and the ballroom in connection with two foyers have a total area of 1,130 m² (ballroom 820 m², upper foyer 180 m², lower foyer 130 m²) depending on the seating arrangement, space for up to 977 people and are ideal for concerts. An expandable stage with 91 m² is also available.
In the Workshop hall with 400 m² of space and a stage of 40 m², there is room for up to 450 people. Ideal for concerts, cabaret, and variety shows.
The Power station with an area of 950 m² on the lower level and 520 m² on the upper level offers seating for approximately 500 people.
Finally, events for up to 100 people can take place in the Crystal elephant on 250 m².
