The Frankfurter Kantorei is the youngest of the major Frankfurt oratorio choirs. Under its artistic director Winfried Toll, it devotes itself, beyond the traditional repertoire of choral music, especially to contemporary compositions. The high musical and vocal qualification of its singers enables the unique choral sound, which is characterized by both slimness and transparency, as well as volume and homogeneity. The Frankfurter Kantorei was founded in 1945 by Kurt Thomas. It was then led by Helmuth Rilling, Wolfgang Schäfer, and since 1997, Winfried Toll. The international reputation of the choir is reflected in several record awards, prizes from international competitions, and guest appearances worldwide.

Inspired by musical journeys through Macedonia, Italy, France, and Spain reaching up to Latvia, Frank Wuppinger founded the "Orchestre Europa" in 2003. Since then, the group has developed a style that could best be described as "Crossover World Music". Guitarists Frank Wuppinger and Andreas Wiersich, accordionist Wolfgang Lell, bassist Alex Bayer, percussionist Roland Duckarm, and violinist Jörg Widmoser, a member of the Modern String Quartet, claim a territory that extends from Eastern Europe and the Balkans through French-speaking regions to the Celtic cultural circle. The group improvises on old European music, Gypsy dances in straight and odd rhythms, plays for dancing, bridges to the present, evokes wanderlust, and not least a touch of nostalgia. Original compositions by Wuppinger, external material, and traditional arrangements provide exciting variety. According to the magazine Jazzthing (4/2007), "Orchestre Europa has established itself as the first 'serious counterpart to the French perennial favorite Bratsch' in Germany." In 2007, the group was awarded the Cultural Prize of the City of Nuremberg. The current CD "Le Grand Rouge" was released in 2007 by Laika Records.

Born on July 1, 1978 in Vienna, Lorenz Hargassner decided to take up the saxophone at the age of 20. After a year at the Gustav Mahler Conservatory in Vienna, he moved to the University of Music and Theater Hannover, where he graduated in 2003. In 2004, supported by a Full-Tuition Scholarship from the New School University, he spent a year in New York studying with Seamus Blake, Miguel Zénon, and Peter Bernstein. Returning from his time abroad, in 2005 he moved to Berlin to continue his studies. In 2007, he graduated with distinction as the first Master student at the Jazz Institute Berlin. He then moved to Hamburg, where he currently resides and works as a freelance musician with pianist Anja Mohr. In 2001, as well as in 2006 and 2007, he was invited by Adam Holzman, the Musical Director of the Miles Davis Band from the 1980s, to join his band "Brave New World". Tours throughout Europe followed with live recordings capturing their performances. In 2008, an interview with Lorenz Hargassner conducted by the US musician was published in the German magazine "Keyboards". In 2009, the two musicians performed together again at the "Outreach" Festival in Schwaz, presenting "Heavy Metal Miles - A Tribute to Jack Johnson" which was later released on DVD. Since 2002, his band "pure desmond" has been paying tribute to the Cool Jazz sound of the Paul Desmond Quartet with Jim Hall, Gene Wright, and Connie Kay, updating it with new arrangements for the 21st century. Since 2006, the band has collaborated with the renowned classical string quartet "szymanowski-quartet" and recorded the album "the meeting of minds". Ibrahim Khalil is an outstanding artist of the Yazidi people. He was born on May 5, 2000. Started singing at the age of 8 in a musician family. At the age of 11, he attended music school in Al Hasaka, Syria. Music studies under domestic conditions.

His first song was released in Germany in 2012. The songwriter is Ibrahim Khalil. The song is called "Beje Beje" by "M Music Production". He has no producer. Ibrahim Khalil has an album on social media called "Lalisha Nurani" in Germany. A sought-after artist among the Yazidis continues to work and is getting more and more reviews.

In 2018, his first video "Lalisha Nurani" was released, dedicated to the Yazidi people. Seven months later, the second clip "De u Bave te" appears, from which the clip was very well received, the author was Ibrahim Khalil. He sings classical, hip-hop, pop, and national songs. In the pop genre, his clip "Heyo" came out in 2018, he himself was the author. He graduated from school in Germany named "Clemen-Brentano-Eropaschule". Ibrahim speaks four languages: German, English, Yazidi, and Kurdish. He received a diploma from "Mala Ezdiya" as a "sought-after artist". His latest song is "Were dilo".
