Sir Kristian Goldmund Aumann is a playwright, poet, screenwriter, filmmaker, director, and actor – he lives and works in St. Andrä-Wördern / Lower Austria. After his training at the Lee Strasberg School in New York, he had long-term engagements at the Vienna Burgtheater (under Claus Peymann) and the Italian State Theater. TV and film roles in national and international productions followed. Under his direction and management, successful productions such as "Rozznjogd" (Museumsquartier) and "Leutnant Gustl" (Vienna Cultural Summer) were created. "Mega Performances" include the "Crime Festival" Agatha Christie (Greifenstein on the Danube) and the "Mega-Show" of the American "hard-mouth" poet Charles Bukowski. Cross-border "cultural exchange programs," as well as national (ORF-Radio-Kulturhaus) and international recitation evenings in London, Brussels, Berlin, New York, Paris, Moscow, Zagreb, etc., featured authors like Fried, Mann, Kraus, Brecht, Schnitzler, Bukowski, Hesse, among others.

Repeated participation in major events - "Voice Against Terror and Violence." Recent study stays in the USA (Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco) for film/screenplay/directing studies.

Publications in significant poetry anthologies and magazines in the USA. The poetry collection "Aus Menschenhand I" was published in the autumn of 2011. The theater monologue "Der Alptraum des Artisten" appeared in the "Theater-Stückekatalog 2014" of the IG Authorinnen Autoren Austria. In the USA, ten poetry books were published between 2011 and 2013. The latest poetry collection "The Seven Deadly Sins" was released in the spring of 2014. The prose collection "von dem da in das dort" is in progress. The feature film project "The White Hope" (a socially critical comedy-drama) is in the production phase. Sir Kristian Goldmund Aumann is a member of the IG Authorinnen Autoren Austria; and from 2017 a "Member of the Oxford Poetry Society."
