NEW SHOW - Zwei wie kein anderer
This new, amazing OROPAX show is everything - except earthly!

It is time, old man, for the new era of laughter.
The KARTON-AGE. A showtime in double singularity.
The fellow travelers in the audience can expect brilliant wordplay, unleashed joy, and tears of laughter in all dimensions.

Audience members report:
“In the second part of the first half, the heaviness was gone, the diaphragm was curled, and the event horizon felt expanded.”

So get your ticket tomorrow or the day before yesterday.
Sit back in suspense and look forward to:

Small quantum leaps, relatives of fears, the clock-bang monk, battered Varié tea, chaos in 5/6 time, the grace of stupidity, and Harald Pinski as unsaturated fatty acid.
Not quite tight, the brotherly intercontinental rockets sail in the spaceship on solar winds and through the oat milk galaxy.
Let yourself be dazzled by bright matter in colorful costumes.

Universal questions of monkhood meet regional answers:
How did the first sound arise?
Was the first second-born brother ever an only child?
If three argue, does the first one rejoice?
Was it meat or cheese first?
Are there special fish?
Can one go fishing with an earworm?
Are distant relatives always far away?
Why do we ask such questions?

The OROPAX amateur professionals answer simultaneously:
“What” was the first word… and the first sound was created during pottery

The countdown begins: 5, 4, 3, “Zwei wie kein anderer”!

Doors open: 19:00 Uhr

Wildman is the rock sensation from Deventer, Netherlands. Their music is a blend of alternative rock, garage rock, and raw rock 'n' roll. On stage, the band delivers an energetic show that will be remembered. Wildman creates contemporary rock songs with lyrics that stick, delivered with the untamed power their name promises. It’s dark, intense, and hypnotic. Inspired by bands like The Black Keys, Queens of the Stone Age, and The Doors, their sound breaks boundaries and defies genres.

Helmut Schleich - Live. So much is promised and that is also kept.
A new program?
Helmut Schleich does what he wants. No evening is like the other.
His role model is the government. And he says to himself: what do I care about my chatter from yesterday.
After all, we live in a time where reality surpasses cabaret day by day.
“Overtaking without catching up” was the term used in socialism back then. At that time, they built the
largest hydrogen bomb in the world in Russia. The so-called Tsar Bomba. It was so large that no
carrier system was able to transport it. Now that's a peace initiative. The Americans were taken by surprise. They didn’t expect intolerable pacifism from the “Empire of Evil.”
Good cabaret and politics indeed have something in common:
Both want to surprise people.
Cabaret must be like the Tsar Bomba once was.
Igniting and intolerable.
The result is an extremely entertaining evening that does not lack attitude. The motto is
“Not my seriousness!”
This, in turn, Helmut Schleich has borrowed from the Chancellor.
So. Here we go!

Doors open: 7:00 PM

Allow me to introduce: Cap San Diego

Our ship was commissioned in 1962 after around eleven months of construction. It was the last of a total of six identical general cargo ships that operated in liner service between Europe and South America. Southbound, machinery, technical products, and chemical products were transported, among other things. From South America, mainly raw coffee, cocoa, beef, and fruit in refrigerated compartments as well as cooking oils in heated tanks arrived. By the way, the "Cap San Diego" has never transported bananas.

The contractor of the freighter was the shipping company Hamburg Süd, which at that time belonged to the Dr. Oetker Group. All ships of this class, called "Class," were named after a geographical "Cap San ..." (or "Capo San ...") – our ship after the western tip of Tierra del Fuego, Cape San Diego.

The "Cap San Diego" was built at the Deutsche Werft in Hamburg-Finkenwerder (where the Airbus factory is located today). She and her CAP-SAN sister ships were highly modern at the time: Before the introduction of containers, goods were loaded loose in boxes, bags, or barrels. For this purpose, the ship has large cargo holds and masts with loading booms and two swing cranes. All technical facilities could be operated comfortably. The CAP-SAN ships were particularly popular among the crews and dockworkers as workplaces for this reason.

The freighter could carry up to 10,000 tons of cargo – an amount that was loaded in around seven days in general cargo operation. The same amount is now moved in containers in a maximum of eight hours. Therefore, it is hardly surprising that the "Cap San Diego" became unprofitable only a few years after its commissioning due to the beginning of container shipping. After the sale of the ship in the early 1980s, it even faced the threat of scrapping in Asia in 1986. Literally at the last moment, the "Cap San Diego" was saved through the engagement of the city of Hamburg and now lies as a true "Hamburger" at the Überseebrücke in front of the Elbphilharmonie.

Several times a year, the ship sets sail. Come on board and experience when the "Cap San Diego" comes to life. All areas of the ship are open to you, from the bridge to the engine room. The crew is happy to show and explain to you all functions of the largest seaworthy museum freighter in the world.

Only open until 4 PM

Historic half-timbered houses, market streets, Twieten and chapels characterize the medieval face of the Hanseatic city of Uelzen and invite you to discover historically significant details. A completely different sight awaits at the fairy-tale-like train station, redesigned according to plans by Friedensreich Hundertwasser, which uniquely combines art, ecology, and modernity. Colorful columns and golden spheres attract attention on the outside, while imaginative mosaics in shimmering colors enchant visitors on the inside, creating a very special atmosphere that makes visiting this architectural masterpiece truly unique.

Her songs were written by Hildegard Knef (1925 – 2002) herself, as well as seven books, the most famous being: Der geschenkte Gaul, which became a bestseller in 1975. After the film "Die Sünderin", it was said: From now on, it went downhill! Broadway called, and the press headlined: Knef is the best thing that ever came from Germany. After all the highs and lows of her life, she ultimately sang: Red roses should rain for me! Her dry humor and Berlin wit were always praised: "I have a simple recipe to stay fit: I run amok every day!". She constantly reinvented herself while remaining true to herself.
Charlotte Knappstein is Hildegard Knef. Torsten Urban accompanies her passionately on the guitar. They have rearranged Knef's songs and added some extras. The evening is a tribute to Knef's 100th birthday.

New program with new songs!

A journey through the origin stories of great global hits with exciting and surprising anecdotes. Each show individually selected: live and acoustically presented songs by Sting, The Police, Bruce Springsteen, Coldplay, U2, Eric Clapton, Cyndi Lauper, Stevie Wonder, Oasis, Supertramp, Joni Mitchell, Simon & Garfunkel, The Eagles, Amy Winehouse, and many more.
In the mid-90s, everyone knew and sang "Wonderwall," the mega-hit by Oasis. But who really knew what it was about? Many know the great melodies of well-known songs – but often don’t know the stories behind them! To many ears, Sting's “Every Breath You Take” sounds like a love song – but it tells the story of an obsessive stalker. And why do some songs remain relevant for decades? What does a yellow taxi have to do with environmental protection? What is Bono from U2 still searching for? Which unknown lady was the muse for three global hits? What really got Bruce Springsteen “on fire”? And can you really check into “Hotel California” at any time?
Manni Müller (drums, vocals) and Stephan Weiser (piano, vocals) present new acoustic interpretations of many world hits from recent decades and tell the stories behind them: sometimes amusing, sometimes thought-provoking, sometimes very surprising! And often remarkably relevant in their societal significance. The press writes: "A unique musical journey!"
“A TRIBUTE TO THE GREATEST”
An evening with “songs & stories live” sounds like the soundtrack of the lives of those who were born or grew up in the 70s, 80s, 90s, or the 2000s. An exciting journey back to youth, where favorite songs accompanied and emotionally shaped entire life phases. Songs whose melodies thrilled or comforted – and still touch us today.
In a small and intimate setting, Manni Müller manages with his highly versatile singing voice to convey the specific mood and timbre of a song. Stephan Weiser’s versatile piano playing between pop and melodic jazz wraps the sometimes multi-voiced singing in a cozy, unique soundscape and makes familiar songs shine in a completely new light!
"My songs are like my children. I discover something new about them every day!" (Sting)

KÖRPERWELTEN – Anatomy of Happiness

The body as a place of happiness
Great love, a carefree life, true friendship... we all strive for happiness. But have you ever wondered how happiness actually arises? Why it is so important for our lives and why we can’t get enough of it? Or why we can’t permanently preserve happiness?

Like every action, perception, or sensation, the feeling of happiness is also a result of certain processes in our body. In the Heidelberg KÖRPERWELTEN Museum, you can discover what exactly lies beneath your skin with real anatomical specimens and which structures are involved in the emergence of the feeling of happiness. In doing so, you will learn a lot of interesting things about your organ functions and about health in general. And you will be surprised at how versatile positive or negative emotions affect the entire body. Because everything we experience, feel, and do or don’t do with our body ultimately has an impact on it sooner or later.

An exhibition that will change your perspective on yourself.

Last entry: 5:00 PM

The world's first museum of KÖRPERWELTEN showcases unique plastinates that provide visitors with easily understandable detailed knowledge about individual organ functions as well as common illnesses.
It offers insights into the highly complex structures of the body's interior and illustrates what connects us, keeps us upright and in motion, and allows us to laugh and love.
We invite you to a unique encounter with life and a confrontation with your body.
The plastinates shown in the exhibition come from the body donation program of the Institute of Plastination in Heidelberg, where more than 22,000 donors are now registered.

The LSB Experience
Songs of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young

One thing The LSB Experience and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young have in common is that both formations shine with perfectly coordinated vocal harmonies.
In recent years, the band has toured in the UK and other European countries as well as the USA - but the band from neighboring Netherlands has never been to Germany!

The LSB Experience takes the audience on a journey back to the time of Peace, Love & Happiness, on a rediscovery trip into the music of the folk-rock band CSN&Y.
Not only are songs from this band heard, but also material from predecessor bands Buffalo Springfield (Young & Stills), The Byrds (Crosby), and The Hollies (Nash). Titles of the musicians from their respective solo albums complete a successful musical excursion.
"The versions by The LSB Experience often sound better than the originals." is a frequently heard and enjoyed comment.

Marcel Luntungan: Guitar, Vocals
Hans Sligter: Guitar, Vocals
Sjoerd van den Broek: Guitar, Vocals
Rob Hendriks: Bass, Vocals
Peter Deiman: Drums, Vocals
Andy Nijmeijer: Keyboards

For several years now, LSB Experience has also been part of Music Cruises off the coast of Florida: Jerry Garcia also confirmed there that they sang the songs better than the originals.

Guido Fischer is in a phase of life that raises many questions.
His wife wonders: Am I now living with an old white man who, out of principle, urinates standing up, drives a big gas guzzler, and has digitally stopped just after the fax machine?
The children wonder:
Does Dad think TikTok is a lollipop and LGBTQ+ is a rock band?
Recently, he asked whether he had deleted the internet, and now he wants to make a splash on Instagram?
He himself wonders: Are my wife and children right? Am I a walking cliché? An old, white silverback? Do I soon need denture cream or will I get back on a skateboard? And how is my prostate – does it even make sense to urinate standing up anymore?
Of course, he is a self-proclaimed classic car enthusiast. But they are known to be sexy and desirable.
His motto is: I’m not getting old, I’m collecting opportunities for expansion.
But of course, Fischer also has to solve a lot of problems:
How do you maintain your youthful freshness, your dream fit body – and your own appendix? How do I organize a kids' birthday party in a WhatsApp group – somewhere between goodie bags and vegan gluten-free chocolate cookies without sugar? Is it a good sign if my blood pressure is higher than my bank balance?
Guido Fischer is not afraid of the new land of the internet. He knew Google Maps when it was still called the ADAC Autoatlas. Anyone who has already conquered Polaroid and rotary dial phones won’t be scared by TikTok and Instagram. Even if Fischer mainly uses filters to brew himself coffee in the morning: He says “Yes” to social media!
“Totally cringe,” says his son. Well, he thinks: That’s probably the new cool!
And while others get upset about hate messages, he’s happy that anyone writes to him at all.
Guido Fischer has been “Caveman” for 13 years - now he dares to step out of the cave with his new solo program. The result is a fast-paced comedy evening full of sparkling punchlines and quirky thoughts about the pitfalls, misconceptions, and temptations of growing older.
Or in short: A witty, hilarious invitation to stay young.

The buildings of the former Schultheiss Brewery still shape the Berlin cityscape today. This includes their malt factory near the Südkreuz station, located directly on the "Dresdener Bahn" railway.

Here you can experience the industrial culture from the 1920s to the 1990s. In the still unused main building, the principle of a malt house can be seen, as the original installations are largely preserved.

The area of the malt factory has been developed as an event location and has ample outdoor space.

Please report to the gatekeeper 15 minutes before the start.
