For the 29th time, the gymnastics show takes place with performances from athletes from M-V. Groups prepare for months for this highlight at the end of the year and present what they have learned. The 90-minute documentary "30 Jahre Rostock Seawolves" shows in three episodes times of upheaval (1994 to 2004), transformation (2004 to 2011), and new beginnings (2012 to 2024).

What was it like in Rostock in the mid-1990s? How was basketball and the club in the early years? It reports on the greatest successes, such as the cup match in 1995 against Bonn, the first promotion in 1997 to the 2nd Regional League, the city duel against PSV Rostock in the early 2000s, the promotion of the women’s team to the 2nd Bundesliga, crises and high-flying moments, and the recipe for success for the largest basketball club in Germany, which managed to move from the 5th league to the 1st league and even to Europe with the men's team in just twelve years - unforgettable are the promotions in 2014 in Itzehoe to the ProB, in 2018 in Iserlohn to the ProA, and in 2022 in Jena to the BBL.

The basketball fairy tale of Rostock is told, a success story that is far from over.

HE/RO, who as teen stars "Die Lochis" shaped an entire generation, have a lot to tell and say things as they are. Happy to be deep and honestly emotional, always relatable and accessible. Not beating around the bush, but rather straightforward and direct – skillfully bridging the gap between Gen Z, Millennials, and beyond.

This is reflected in the pop-rock-post-punk sound of HE/RO. Not a rip-off, but an add-on. With edges and corners. Bold, progressive, and sometimes playful, but never too intellectual. Catchy refrains and clear emotions, sometimes loud and sometimes soft.

After a successful start to the new year, HE/RO is ushering in a new era with lots of new music and a new stage show. Anything missing? Yes, they are live monsters as well. In 2023, HE/RO hit the road for their first HE/RO tour with a live band. Band action, mosh pits, and encores included. "It was insane!" HE/RO still look back hyped on the concerts. This special energy that arises on stage cannot be described but must be felt.

HE/RO now confirm the "NO REASON TO PANIC TOUR" with a live band – stable 22 dates in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland are booked for December 2024 and January 2025. HE/RO are extremely excited about the marathon - goosebump moment, as live is unbeatable with HE/RO.

SILLY embarks on a major "elektroAKUSTIK Tour" in 2024 with Toni Krahl and Julia Neigel.

As the tour title suggests, the band will mainly present their big hits with acoustic instruments and rearrange them specifically for this purpose.

Just like the successful Open Air Tour in 2023, the Sillys will be accompanied on the microphone by Julia Neigel and Toni Krahl. Since this year, the former frontman of CITY has, as he jokingly says, found "a job in partial retirement" with Silly.

Silly: "It will be an exciting journey through our musical repertoire, which we will revive together with Julia and Toni. We promise you special SILLY concerts in an electroacoustic guise and will make our most beautiful songs shine in a new light."

The tour will take the band to concert halls with unique atmospheres, such as the Berlin Philharmonie, the Leipzig Gewandhaus, the Kulturpalast Dresden, or the Alte Oper Erfurt, to name just a few.
