The only condition was to change our name due to the high potential for confusion with our previous name, which admittedly sounds very similar.

Lotta is the youngest of the Nyman children from Krachmacherstraße - and the most headstrong. She believes that she can do just about anything, but her siblings Mia-Maria and Jonas don’t believe her. Biking often goes horribly wrong and otherwise, not everything in Lotta's life goes her way. So she prefers to move in with Aunt Berg, where she is valued and appreciated, but it can be quite lonely in the evenings. When suddenly all the Christmas trees in the city disappear, Lotta has to prove that she really can do anything. She wants to get a Christmas tree for her family. However, this turns out to be more challenging than expected. Will Mama and Papa Nyman have to celebrate a Christmas without a tree or even without Lotta in the end?

The beloved Lotta stories by author Astrid Lindgren are directed with lots of pep and affection by the up-and-coming directors of the Young Stage.

We will create new Christmas paper from old paper remnants together. We will prepare the pulp together, and then you can get started right away. It will be hand-crafted, collected on the stretched wooden frame, and dried at the end. And just like that, you will have made your very own unique new paper from old paper. At the end of the course, you can take your paper home with you. A guide for home use will also be provided. Please bring a small towel!

For many, this evening has become a Christmas tradition: The "Winterzauber" by piano.vocal, Carsten Dittrich, and Anne Schmidt-Heinrich. For this piece, they have come up with something very special: Their version of Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol" retold! With more music. More acting. More atmosphere and more stage design. Always accompanied by the cello sounds of Anne Schmidt-Heinrich in a festive mood. Let the artists from Oberkirch transport you to venerable London. Experience how the cold-hearted miser Ebenezer Scrooge, who has nothing to spare for his needy fellow men, considers Christmas pure waste of time and money and is visited by a spirit on the night of December 25th, who warns him of his future fate and offers him the chance to change. Three spirits appear to him, each taking him on a different journey, and he is ruthlessly shown how unfeeling and lonely he lives... A true visual and auditory delight during the most contemplative time of the year.

`A Hefty Crime`

The absolute highlight in the tranquil Swabian village is the annual performance of the cultural association. This year, due to its great success, the theater play "Faust I" by Goethe is to be performed once again. However, for this to happen, the main role needs to be recast through a public casting. The board of the association has cordially invited the population to participate. The well-known actress of Mephisto in the village, Linda Bergmann, is also present to assist. The casting is going surprisingly well until a sudden death throws the casual evening off course. Are there criminal machinations behind this? Who can still trust whom now?

The flawless interaction between the cultural association and the small Swabian community begins to crack and threatens to fall apart. Marlene Dieterle, not only the chairwoman of the cultural association but also a commissioner and head of the murder commission, takes over the investigations.

Finally, all threads come together:

What happened last night during the lavish farewell party of the former Faust actor? Could there have been a mix-up between play and reality? The case is reconstructed in great detail and in the process, some guests also come under suspicion. Commissioner Dieterle urgently requests assistance to solve the mysterious case.

The tantalizing multi-course menu is served and created by the kitchen team at Gasthof Adler. The thrill for both nerves and palate begins at 7 p.m., with entry starting at 6:30 p.m.

Such as through the two pieces of music from the late period of the long 19th century that have been practically rediscovered and freshly recorded on CD by the Bawandi Trio.

The elegiac-nostalgic Trio in G minor op. 45 by the German composer and music educator Robert Kahn (1865-1951), which was published in 1905, as well as the large-scale Trio in B major op. 29 (1887) by the French composer Vincent d’Indy (1851-1931), which ultimately draws us into the world of French Romanticism.

The first album of the Bawandi Trio represents a kind of revival. An excellent debut that truly allows listeners a musical journey into the late Romantic everyday life with its entire richness of facets.

At the most beautiful time of the year, jazz singer Sandie Wollasch - awarded by SWR as one of the "Best in the Southwest" - meets flutist Andrea Ritter and pianist Daniel Koschitzki - both awarded the ECHO Klassik and known from their internationally touring formation Spark. With gentle tones, virtuoso playing, and a lot of passion, they capture the melancholy of winter and the magic of Christmas in a selection of personal favorite pieces.
