“1995 it all started, at a semester party now and then…” and since then, three men and one woman from Northern Germany have captivated their large music and comedy fanbase across the republic solely with their voices and boundless creativity. LaLeLu, the unique a cappella comedy quartet from Hamburg, is celebrating its 30th stage anniversary and is thus one of the few bands with such a lasting success story. LaLeLu's words: "It feels incredible that we have been allowed to delight people across the republic with music and comedy for 30 years. The anticipation for this tour and to celebrate with our fans is enormous! We are so grateful for all the support we have received in these three decades, and we will give our all for our audience every evening as usual.” For the anniversary show, Jan, Tobi, Sanna, and Frank will naturally pull out all the stops from a large selection of seventeen full-length programs: They will sing their greatest hits and all-time favorites from three decades, as well as long-lost classics and, of course… also brand new songs! Since its beginnings, LaLeLu has stood for joyful, theatrical music cabaret with political jabs - unique, witty, funny, sprightly, with youthful charm and a great love for music. What started in 1995 in Hamburg at a semester party is now multifaceted entertainment in a four-pack and the most entertaining German a cappella comedy act. Whether on a small cultural stage or in the Elbphilharmonie - whether jazz, pop music, opera, pop, folk song, handmade music or body percussion - these four Northern German vocal acrobats and true musicians on a mission to pack political satire, parody, anarchic humor, and unrestrained nonsense into musical high enjoyment are guaranteed to bring standing ovations, applause-raw hands, sore laughing muscles, boiling halls and great fun every evening.
