The musician Şengül Pak, who hails from Dersim, engages her audience with her powerful female voice, her deep memory culture, and music in her mother tongue. She interprets the traditional Kılams, funeral songs, and melodies of the Dersim region in a contemporary form and understands music not only as an expression of cultural identity but also as memory and resistance.
The artist has been living in Germany for many years and is considered one of the significant female voices of Kurdish (Zazaki/Kirmanjki) language music. In addition to her singing, she performs with the flute and Tembur on stage, creating an independent musical narrative that connects tradition and the present.
In recent years, Şengül Pak has continued her Tembur training, thus expanding her musical language with an additional instrument. On stage, she impressively conveys the central importance of music in the mother tongue and the connection to cultural roots for personal identity.
In her upcoming concerts, Şengül Pak invites the audience on an emotional and collective journey – from the soundscapes of Dersim to her previous solo works and pieces from her new album.

Caner Yılmaz: Tembur, Saz
Mazlum Rewşen (Adibelli): Guitar, E-Bass
Kemal Ceylan: Duduk, Mey
