Final Impact
For Final Impact, punk rock is more than just music – it is a way of life, an expression of anger, honesty, and the best pastime in the world. Phil, Jakob, and Till embody all of this with every note and every word. Live, Final Impact is always loud and guarantees a captivating show that breaks down all boundaries between band and audience. After their debut album “Turn The Page” in 2015, which established them as an energetic live band, Final Impact has had a long journey. They shared the stage with bands like Donots, Порнофильмы (Pornofilmy; RUS/GEO), Rantanplan, Turbo AC’s (USA), Sokoninaru (JPN), toured through Germany, the Netherlands, and the Czech Republic, and played various smaller and medium-sized festivals such as Ackerfest in Schöppenstedt or Rock im Allerpark in Wolfsburg. Their second album “Dying 'Til We Care” marked a turning point. It showcased a more mature band, whose music and songwriting have noticeably evolved. The songs, shaped by personal and societal themes, gave the album a special depth. This solidified the band’s status within the underground punk rock scene. Currently, the band is working hard on their third studio album. Fans can look forward to new, energetic songs that will further develop the unmistakable sound of Final Impact and once again demonstrate their passion for punk rock.
murx.
“murx.” Yes, written in lowercase. Yes, with a dot. And yes, with an “x.” This already suggests that German emo punk is in the air. Somewhat playful, somewhat far too serious, and somewhat sad – without losing the laugh. The main thing is that it hits hard. “murx.” primarily means stubbornly doing what one feels like doing, and only dealing with how it actually works later. Whatever that may mean.
Since 2025, you can listen to their first EP “Warten, bis die Decke fällt.” Of course, it has remained true to the DIY dogma and was produced 98.75% by the three people in Berlin-Lichtenberg (and no, that’s not relevant).
The obligatory blood, sweat, and tears can be admired on Spotify or on CD – yes, CD. Starting in May 2026, they will take off again, and all three of them are curious about where they will run.
