Klaus Birk, born on the edge of the Black Forest, moved to Tübingen after graduating from high school, studied law, and founded the duo Vis a Vis with Bernd Kohlhepp in 1982. They toured for 10 years across the republic, from Constance to Kiel, from Munich to Berlin, from Dresden to Aachen, from Mainz to Nuremberg, enriched by guest performances in Switzerland, Austria, and the USSR. Vis a Vis appeared in more than 50 TV shows (ARD, ZDF, SWR, SWF, SF1, and ORF, USSR TV). From 1998 to 2005, he performed “Helmuts Kurt!” on stage and television with Udo Zepezauer. Since 1992, Klaus Birk has been working as a solo artist, writing for film, television, radio, newspapers, cabaret, theater (including for Hannes & der Bürgermeister for 27 years), presenting more than 20 programs on stage, and appearing in over 250 TV shows (ARD, ZDF, RTL, SWR) and in over 1000 radio broadcasts (SWF, SDR, SWR). Klaus Birk is also active as a text coach, co-author, and director in the field of cabaret and theater.
Andreas Müller, (born in Baden-Baden, exactly on the opposite edge of the Black Forest) is a comedian, parodist, musician, the voice of the last chancellors and state governors, show and sports icons, and also the comedy head of SWR3. He has created radio cult series like “Feinkost Zipp,” “Die Lallers,” or “Jogis Jungs” and brought clarity and amusement during the last pandemic with Karl Lauterbach’s “cool Coronatips.” He carries a guitar and a keyboard, and in his multimedia segments, he is even present himself.
