At the 2nd HipHop Ball Berlin, we place great importance on a binding dress code that reflects the identity of the event. An elegant and stylish wardrobe is expected, tasteful and high-quality, but not revealing. Sneakers are a mandatory part of the dress code. They are not an optional style element, but a consciously set statement and central element of the HipHop Ball. The combination of classic evening wear and sneakers symbolically represents what the HipHop Ball stands for: the harmonious connection of tradition, urban culture, and contemporary attitude. It makes the character of the evening visible – confident, modern, and culturally distinct. Access to the event is granted only by adhering to the established dress code.
Ladies: ankle-length dress // classic ball gown
Gentlemen: tuxedo // suit // tailcoat with bow tie
Absolute NO GO’s: short dresses (knee-length is also short), jeans, tracksuits, training pants, ties, bare midriffs, sheer fabric, + high heels. Leather shoes
