Born in New Zealand, raised in Australia, and now living in Nashville, she is nonetheless at home on stages around the world. Jackie Bristow is an acclaimed folk, country, and blues singer/songwriter.
Jackie combines beautiful melodies and hooklines with her unique, crystal-clear voice and an incredibly dynamic live show that captivates the audience from the very first minute.
Not without reason has Jackie Bristow had the honor of sharing the stage with many big names. Among others, with Herbert Grönemeyer, Marc Cohn, Art Garfunkel, John Oates, John Waite, Bettye Lavette, B.J. Thomas, Joe Ely, Marcia Ball, Charlie Robison, Rick Springfield, Bob Schneider, Jimmy Lafave, Euge Groove, Ruthie Foster, Howard Jones, and many more.
For Jackie, it was a dream come true to play as the opening act for US megastar Bonnie Raitt in New Zealand on two of her tours. Additionally, she opened concerts for Foreigner and the Steve Miller Band and often accompanied guitar virtuoso Tommy Emmanuel on his tours.
Jackie Bristow's songs have already been featured multiple times in Australian and New Zealand films and TV hit series, including "Go Girls," "The Secret Life of Us," "Home and Away," "Outrageous Fortune," "Shortland Street," and "Go Big." With "This is Australia," she won the nationwide competition from Tourism Australia and was featured in its global promotional campaigns for three years.
Songs from her albums "Crazy Love" and "Freedom" have been put into rotation at Starbucks in 7,000 locations across the USA.
Always by her side is the fantastic guitarist Marc Punch from Nashville. Also as a producer and composer, he accompanies Bristow on her worldwide tours and dazzles on stage with his sensational guitar performances.
