At both flea markets with a market for retailers in spring and autumn, visitors can expect a colorful array of curiosities, books, clothing, dishes, art, and junk starting at 8:00 AM. Toy wishes can also come true, and there will be provisions for physical well-being as well.

To participate as a private seller (only flea market goods, no new goods and no food and drinks), the purchase of a ticket is required.

What can you expect at the Flo#Markt?
In the beautiful surroundings of the Offenburg Cultural Forum between the riding hall and the city library, you can look forward to a cultural offering from the city library and the municipal gallery for the whole family, alongside the Flo#Markt offerings. A fine gastronomy area invites you to linger. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, browse through art and second-hand goods, meet friends and acquaintances or simply listen to the music.

Selling at the Flo#Markt
• Please read and observe the participation conditions in advance.

• Approximately 50 booth spaces are available in total
• The booth size is 3 x 3 meters
• Cost: 20 € plus presale fees.
• With the ticket, you will receive a numbered booth space.
• We cannot provide a table or a roof.

Participation Conditions
• As a vendor at the Flo#Markt, you must be a private individual.
• Commercial vendors are not allowed, except for vendors from the cultural and creative industries.
• You have a space of 3 x 3 meters per booth.
• You must bring your own tables/presentation area.
• Setup occurs between 9:30 – 10:45 AM. Cars, mobile homes, trailers, or other vehicles are not allowed as sales stands.
• In addition to the regular booth spaces, there is an extra area for children and teenagers up to 18 years old.
• Delivery vehicles must be unloaded and loaded quickly and then parked in the surrounding parking areas. The access plan must be adhered to!
• As an exhibitor, you are required to leave your booth clean after the event and dispose of your waste yourself. For violations, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 10 €.
• Clothing racks and bulky items brought along must be set up on the rented booth space. The designated escape and walking routes for visitors must not be blocked.
• The following items are not allowed for sale: Original packaged goods; pornographic products or publications; goods with NS symbols or war-glorifying publications; publications of political parties; weapons of any kind, including decorative weapons and imitations; food, luxury goods, live and dead animals; items that fall under species protection; items that fall under sales bans for legal reasons; racist publications.
• The persons commissioned by the organizer can also prohibit the sale of one or more items at any time by instruction.
• As an exhibitor, you agree to be present for the entire duration of the event. Dismantling only occurs after the end of the Flo#Markt.
• The purchase of a sales booth is done through the ticket portal http://www.reservix.de or at known presale outlets such as the Offenburg Citizen's Office, Am Fischmarkt, 77654 Offenburg.
• If the Flohmarkt is completely canceled, the booth fee will be refunded.
• In case of an early termination of the event due to force majeure (e.g., flood, storm, hail, etc.), no booth fees will be refunded.
• The booth fee is not refunded if the booth is not occupied.
• Booth holders are not allowed to enlarge, sublet, swap, allow sales activities on behalf of others, or transfer the assigned booth space without prior approval from the operator.
• Bringing animals is not permitted.
• The instructions of the staff of the city of Offenburg must be followed.
• You must carry the ticket for the booth fee and present it upon request.
• The Flo#Markt will be accompanied by a cultural program with music. It may get a bit loud.

For late stand requests or if the booked stand cannot be used, the exchange forum on the flea market website offers the opportunity to resell stalls. Simply leave a contact address and the stand wish or alternatively the stand data, and wait for exchange offers or interested parties. Note: Selling at increased prices is prohibited and leads to immediate exclusion from the flea market.
