Five men in their prime, most of whom are unemployed, are quite astonished when their wives spend huge sums on tickets to a male strip show one evening. And an outrageous idea comes to them: why not put together a show as male strippers themselves and make some money?

What starts as a silly idea turns into a plan, but the path to the show is anything but straightforward. None of the not-so-young men have any stage experience, let alone dancing skills. Suddenly, they start doubting their own bodies – are they not too old, too fat, too short, too lanky? Besides prejudices and fears of failure, each one also struggles with the ordinary challenges they have to carry in everyday life.

Sounds like a drama? Far from it! Despite this difficult starting point, the play is brimming with optimism and positivity. Of course, the first awkward attempts and the inevitable mishaps are good for laughs. But the dialogues are clever, and the characters are multifaceted, making the play definitely funny, but never ridiculous.
