SANTIANO - Auf nach Doggerland!
When SANTIANO take the stage, the first guitar riffs sound, and within moments the magnetic energy of the rock band seizes the space and audience, there's no stopping it. A few songs later, the spectators celebrate, sing, and dance exuberantly under the spell of the charismatic musicians, who are a true phenomenon, especially live. After the arena tour, which ends in October 2024, the tour bus will cover many more kilometers for additional dates next year: In the summer of 2025, the most popular rock stars of northern Germany will return to the open-air stages of Germany with their successful tour “Doggerland” – ready to take their fans on another unique musical trip.
With their unmistakable blend of rock and traditional folk elements, SANTIANO have won the hearts of millions of people over the past more than ten years of their incredibly successful career. Their albums have stormed the charts, their live shows are legendary, and anyone who has ever been to a SANTIANO concert knows all too well the primal force of the rock band. Since their founding in 2011, SANTIANO have been writing one success chapter after another. Most recently with their immensely successful “Doggerland” tour for the eponymous album. Much to the delight of their fans, the musicians announce that after the incredible success of their “Doggerland” tour in 2024, they will be touring again next year with their songs about the legendary place. The new shows promise to set new standards, not only musically but also visually. The “Doggerland Open Airs 2025” tour will make stops in many cities across Germany.
Fans can expect many of the known and biggest hits, but also songs from the Second Edition, which will be released in October (04.10.24). SANTIANO's songs convince primarily through vibrant and touching storytelling - credibly and authentically telling stories full of longing for freedom and untamed adventurousness. SANTIANO know how to infuse their live shows with that magical spark as soon as they step onto the stage. And of course, the band will once again provide the characteristic SANTIANO sound next year, which has been thrilling three generations by now. Electrifying guitar riffs and pulsating drums merge into powerful rock, while traditional shanty influences and melancholic Irish folk elements give the songs that certain something, engaging pop-rock melodies - all of this is part of the genius and unmistakable trademark of a band that must be experienced live at least once - fans and critics alike agree on that.
