Flute Days Saarbrücken Preisträgerkonzert
Fluteenie:
For Fluteenie Day, teenagers must bring their own flute. Instruments are not provided. The organizer does not offer supervision outside of the Fluteenie event. Food on the festival day is not provided by the organizer.
The Fluteenie ticket entitles teenagers to attend the Gala Concert on Saturday, September 21, 2024.
For all festival participants:
Festival tickets will be checked at the entrance. Please arrive early at the Hochschule für Musik Saar, as a large number of visitors can be expected, especially on the first days of the festival.
Purchasers of discounted tickets (members of the DGfF) must show identification at the entrance (ID card) so that eligibility for purchasing a ticket at a reduced price can be verified.
Event Information:
Consent is given for the use of photos for publication and distribution in the publications of the DGfF e.V., publication on the website, and on the social networks of the DGfF e.V., as well as for press information for reporting on the Flute Festival Freiburg 2023. The granting of rights is free of charge and includes the right of adaptation, as long as the adaptation is not distorted. This consent for individual images can be revoked at any time for the future. For group images, this consent is irrevocable unless a clear balance of interests is in favor of the festival participants.
In case of revocation, corresponding individual images may no longer be used for the above-mentioned purposes and must be promptly removed from the respective publications. The German Flute Society e.V. is not liable for any damages, accidents, etc. that may occur during the Flute Festival Saarbrücken 2024.

Dear festival participant,
attached we inform you in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR about the further processing of your data. The responsible administration of the German Flute Society e.V. may use my personal data for the purpose of conducting the festival. Furthermore, I agree that communication with me will be via unencrypted email. Information in accordance with Art. 13 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and declaration of consent for the further processing of your data according to Art. 6 GDPR.

The processing of your personal data is carried out solely for contractual purposes in accordance with Art. 6 no. 1 letter b GDPR. The processing of your data is necessary for the execution of our festival, as otherwise the festival cannot be properly carried out, including communication.

We process the following categories of data: master data, communication data, course data, booking data, receivables data. This data is provided by you.
Recipient:
We will only transmit your data to the following categories of recipients within the scope of your contract, to whom the personal data will be disclosed, insurers, and third parties (e.g. tax office, etc.)
Storage period:
After the festival is completed and the invoice is paid, we will immediately delete the data not subject to legal retention periods, otherwise, we must observe the legal deadlines before we delete the stored data.
Rights of the data subject:
Pursuant to Art. 15-22 GDPR, you have the following rights provided the legal requirements are met: right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability. According to Art. 13 no. 2 letter c in conjunction with Art. 21 GDPR, you also have the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 no. 1 letter f GDPR.
Right to lodge a complaint and supervisory authority:
According to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data is not lawful.
