MAYBEBOP - Wünsch Dir Was
Over 20 years of MAYBEBOP - sold-out concert tours from Berlin to Saarbrücken, from Flensburg to Passau, over 200 TV appearances, two decades of excited concertgoers!
"The Maybeboppers just know how to meet expectations and entertain with ease," praises the Hannoversche Allgemeine Zeitung, "the pace of the show is fast, sound and light perfect, a well-dosed mix of songs guarantees the best entertainment."
And for the loyal MAYBEBOP audience, the four performers have planned a little request concert in every concert. Fans can choose their favorite song from the MAYBEBOP hit material. Either by email to kontakt@maybebop.de or on Facebook, in the guestbook of the MAYBEBOP website, etc. - or by shouting it out at the end of the first half of the concert. "Make a wish" turns every concert into a double delight.
MAYBEBOP are four quirky guys who have established themselves in the music and theater scene. Their charm is simply irresistible, they sing superbly, love to dance, are silly yet serious, and artistically unique. They practically present their own art form. This independence gives their art a touch of distinguished charm: pleasantly mature and therefore temptingly sexy. MAYBEBOP are Jan M. Bürger, Lukas H. H. Teske, Oliver Gies, and Christoph Hiller.
And how does the band describe themselves? "Maybebop makes funny, profound German pop without instruments, because the voice is the most beautiful of all instruments. It's just incredibly fun. And anyway, we can't do anything else."
Their utterly unique German songs shed light on the madness of daily life: witty and touching, sometimes mean and quirky, but always with a comforting depth and musically incredibly diverse. With their perfectly styled show, they touch all senses and always stay close to the audience.
What can one expect at a MAYBEBOP concert? "Entertaining and captivating entertainment. With our sophisticated arrangements, we enchant musically, and with our fun on stage, we have so far infected every audience. There is much to laugh at, to smile at, to enjoy, and sometimes shed a tear or two."
