Vier Schnecken leben in Annas Vorgarten. Sie hassen Hunde und Autos. Aber Bier, das lieben sie – wie Annas Eltern. Die sitzen hinter der geschlossenen Küchentür und sind zwischen zu viel Bier und zu viel Wein auf der Strecke geblieben. Mal poltert es, mal zerspringt eine Flasche, doch die Eltern bleiben für Anna nur ein entferntes Gemurmel.

Esther Becker gelingt das Kunststück, mit leichter Hand ein gewitztes Stück über ein schweres Thema zu schreiben. Und der süffisante Schneckenchor bildet dabei den schelmischen wie hintersinnigen Einstieg.
