Das Kriminal Dinner - Krimidinner mit Kitzel für Nerven und Gaumen
The Swabian Crime Dinner 'Sherlock Holmes and the Poisoned Maultaschen Soup' - a delicious multi-course menu in a stylish setting surrounded by an exciting criminal case at Hotel Schloss Reinach in Freiburg im Breisgau.
'Sherlock Holmes and the Poisoned Maultaschen Soup'
Yes, you read that right, the famous master detective Sherlock Holmes and myself, Dr. Watson, have found ourselves in Swabia. Admittedly, not entirely voluntarily. However, our genius could not decline the invitation of an old acquaintance, Baroness von Zuckerberg, to a gala dinner once again. Now we are dining here at the same time in the adjacent room of the restaurant, where you will enjoy a delicious 3-course menu this evening.
In an attempt to escape his chatty table neighbor, the Swabian Baroness, the detective narrowly misses the supposed murder of the hostess's husband, Baron von Zuckerberg.
Granted, his health was not the best. But to suddenly fall face-first into the Maultaschen soup is not the most refined way to die, even in Swabia. However, for Sherlock Holmes, the previously deadly boring evening is saved.
A dialect crime is underway, a highly intricate case as well, as the test results seemingly rule out any influence of poison. Questioning witnesses, the forensic doctor, and some of the dinner guests makes some innocent lambs in the room appear suspicious.
With enthusiasm and in high spirits, the famous detective engages his little grey cells. "Swabian Cleverness" quickly takes hold, but no deceitful home-builder will easily fool the master. For him, the solution to the case naturally becomes clear soon. However, as always, he keeps us in the dark for a while before the murderer is skillfully exposed.
Perhaps you too will soon have the solution at hand, as you also have a say in this evening.
The 3-course menu is served by the gastronomy team at Hotel Schloss Reinach. The Crime Dinner will start at 7 p.m., promising thrills for both nerves and palate. Admission is at 6:30 p.m.
