HEAVYSAURUS - Pommesgabel Tour
The kids want to rock! HEAVYSAURUS are four dinosaurs and a dragon who bring rock music for the whole family to the stage – a real live experience with child-friendly lyrics and a fantastic show.
In February, a new album will be released, and the band will embark on a grand "POMMESGABEL TOUR"! The little fans already know the Pommesgabel: index finger and pinky finger extended, hand proudly raised upwards – the symbol of all rockers and dino-metalheads of every age. Therefore, the next HEAVYSAURUS album will naturally be called "POMMESGABEL." It will be released on February 2, 2024, and will continue the story of the five musical prehistoric creatures with brand new songs.
Once again, HEAVYSAURUS offers powerful riffs, great melodies, and captivating drum beats, to which the little (or even big) listeners can sing, dance, and go wild as they please. Real rock music, sometimes wild, sometimes quiet, with lyrics specially written for the little biggest fans. The first taste has already been released with the single "Luna - our dog," and the next song "Flugsaurier" will follow at the end of July.
To celebrate the album appropriately, HEAVYSAURUS (and the five professional musicians who play live in cool dino costumes) will be on the road starting in February: The "POMMESGABEL TOUR" will stop in over 120 cities to offer a unique concert experience for 3 to 11-year-olds and their companions of all ages: Four dinos and a dragon, with real instruments on a big stage, featuring light shows, fog, showers of sparks, balloons, and confetti. And of course, with the songs that many children (and parents) can already sing along to, like "Kaugummi ist mega," "Stark wie ein Tiger," and of course "Rarrr," the battle cry of the dinos joyfully shouted by many laughing mouths. All five green-scaled musicians are also looking forward to finally playing new songs from the "POMMESGABEL" album.
HEAVYSAURUS has already completed over 300 shows in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in recent years, continually exciting not only the children but also their parents and grandparents. Because every Heavysaurus concert is a spectacle for the whole family. The result: sold-out venues, great atmosphere, and happy rockers of all ages. And at home, the songs from the two albums "Rock’n’Rarrr Music" (2018) and "Retter der Welt" (2020), which are also well-received by parents, are played on repeat.
"We have always been eager to convey the joy of rock music and heavy metal to children," explains singer Mr. Heavysaurus. "We are thrilled when we can provide some little fans with their very first concert experience! Everyone in the band has loved live music for, well, 65 million years. It's great when our little friends have fun with it too." The "real" Tyrannosaurus Rex adds confidently: "And of course, we want to win the hearts of all metal fans. With us, parents, grandparents, and big siblings have fun too. The POMMESGABEL TOUR will be an experience – promised. Big dino honor."
By the way: In 2024, young dino-metalheads can once again meet Riffi Raffi (guitar), Muffi Puffi (bass), Komppi Momppi (drums), Milli Pilli (keyboards), and of course Mr. Heavysaurus in person. There will be limited VIP ticket allocations that allow the little biggest fans to meet the dinos, shake their paws, and take photos.
Additionally, Heavysaurus is now the official brand ambassador of 'Die Arche', an organization operating throughout Germany that supports disadvantaged children and their families. "Our partnership with Die Arche reflects our commitment not only to creating amazing music for children but also to having a positive impact on their lives," explains Michael Thiesen from Frechdachs Entertainment. "Together, we want to create a world where all children have the opportunity to realize their dreams. The cooperation with Die Arche is a heartfelt concern for us. We believe music has the power to touch and connect people. By collaborating with Die Arche, we want to help children in difficult life situations and show them that they are not alone."
For the parents: The concerts take place in the afternoons and at an adjusted volume. Wherever possible, there will be a dedicated children's area in front of the stage with the best view for the little ones. And no worries: the dinos don’t bite.
Doors open: 12:00 PM
