Wie stellte einst der römische Politiker, Schriftsteller und Philosoph Cicero fest: „Keinem Nüchternen wird es einfallen zu tanzen, es sei denn, er wäre verrückt.“ Mehr als 2000 Jahre später wird diese Aussage nun erstmals widerlegt. Durch Michl Müller, Kabarettist, Comedian, Unterfranke und Fastnachts-Philosoph. 2024 startet sein neues Bühnen-Programm „Limbo of Life“. In dem beweist der mehrfach ausgezeichnete Künstler und Musiker, dass das ganze Leben ein Tanz ist, der sich überraschenderweise nüchtern und ohne größere Anfälle von Wahnsinn meistern lässt. Mal schelmisch-witzig, mal schenkelklopfend laut, direkt und derb, dann wieder mit sanfteren und nachdenklicheren Tönen, bewegt sich Michl Müller gekonnt humorvoll durch die Höhen und Niederungen des Alltags.
Beim Limbo-Tanzen ist Haltung und Geschicklichkeit gefragt. Die Stange ist waagrecht, der Rücken nach hinten gebeugt, Knie und Schultern dürfen den Boden nicht berühren. Wer unter der Stange durchkommen will, ohne sie zu berühren, benötigt Talent und Flexibilität. Beim „Limbo of Life“ gilt das erst recht. More than 2000 years later, this statement is now being disproved for the first time. By Michl Müller, cabaret artist, comedian, Unterfranke, and carnival philosopher. In 2024, he will launch his new stage program "Limbo of Life." In it, the award-winning artist and musician proves that life itself is a dance that can surprisingly be mastered soberly and without major fits of madness. Sometimes mischievously witty, sometimes knee-slappingly loud, direct and coarse, then again with softer and more contemplative tones, Michl Müller skillfully moves humorously through the ups and downs of everyday life.
