Radioactive Honey:
At the Friedrichshafen band, the proverbial punk is off: Vintage rock at its finest, as if each musician absorbed this music style directly with mother's milk. Live music that is fun and directly connects with the audience is at the center of the band’s focus. With much dynamism and passion, the band transforms every performance, such as at the Kulturufer Festival, into an energy-charged moment. Whether danceable tunes, powerful rock songs, or atmospheric moments—Radioactive Honey knows how to combine musical versatility with a clear personal touch.
ensemble minifaktur – “Krabbelfaktur”:
Listen, marvel, crawl – with its new format “Krabbelfaktur,” the ensemble minifaktur invites little ears to discover music playfully and with all senses. Quick as a bird, the flute chirps, while the bassoon sometimes sounds like a grumpy bear and the marimba envelops everything in a warm woody sound. Together, the three contrasting instruments tell small musical stories—sometimes cheerful and lively, but also calm and dreamy. You can make yourselves comfortable on crawling blankets in a relaxed atmosphere, cuddle, or perhaps even doze off – or, crawl around to discover the musicians and their instruments up close. Every reaction is welcome, making this special concert format a shared experience for the whole family, where curiosity, joy, and closeness are at the forefront. The program is engaging and incorporates simple musical ideas, rhythms, and melodies that appeal to the youngest. Please bring a crawling blanket.
The Carnival of the Animals – Storytime for children aged 4 and up:
With joyful roaring, the lion opens the music spectacle, the squirrel waves the conductor's baton, and the chickens can hardly wait to present their rehearsed song. Cheerful ballet music makes the elephant and turtles swing their dancing legs, and the leopards shine as pianists. The guests bravely endure the birds' squawking and celebrate a colorful summer music festival together in the evening.

Children's theater Ätschagäbele:
Ätschagäbele's specialty lies in telling clown stories that inspire and excite both old and young. If you want to give your children an exciting, funny, and tumultuous theater experience, then Ätschagäbele is the right choice, because: “No screen can compete with it.”
company Idem – “EQUI-LIBRE”:
Regarding the dance performance “EQUI-LIBRE”: Most of us want to be in harmony with ourselves and our environment, even if our surroundings are often anything but harmonious. Although we constantly try to balance life, we rarely manage to experience moments of inner peace. The two characters who have taken their respective places in the scene embody their different roles. Dominant and arrogant, even seeking recognition from the audience, the superior one is amused by the one lying at his feet. Motionless and passive, this one endures every abuse. Like an object, he is pushed, pulled, and twisted into any conceivable position by his tormentor. His passivity seems to encourage the perpetrator to ever greater brutality to consolidate his power. After a long time, the one enduring begins to show his first reactions, experienced as resistance by the other. Both struggle to find a balance in this distorted power relationship. This proves difficult and exhausting. Ultimately, it becomes clear that only through open confrontation and a commitment to balance and equity can peaceful coexistence be possible. In the end, it becomes evident that social peace must be continuously and persistently recalibrated.
The company Idem was founded by choreographers and dancers Clément Bugnon and Matthias Kass. The German-Swiss duo combines contemporary dance with powerful physicality, visual language, and socially relevant themes. A special connection to the Lake Constance region exists due to Matthias Kass, who hails from Markdorf. The company Idem has already performed several productions in Friedrichshafen, including at the Fischbach train station. The ongoing collaboration with the Office for Arts and Culture Friedrichshafen connects international contemporary dance art with the regional cultural scene, making the city an important performance and meeting place for the company.
Theater Lindenhof – “Hello Neighbor!”:
“It can happen to the most pious / If it doesn’t please the wicked neighbor,” spoke Wilhelm Tell in Schiller's drama. Neighborhood disputes are the breeding ground for unparalleled dramas. And so, an actor quartet leaps onto this wonderful playground and opens the stage for the critics, brawlers, and garden gnomes. They dare to enter the world of hedge trimmers and heated fence discussions, sunbathers and visibility barriers, post-work beers and tirades of hate, because: Someone is always mowing somewhere! No, quiet times are not observed; instead, music is played and sung with “Neighbor come out!” Equipped with a piano, guitar, saxophone, trumpet, clarinet, accordion, and many ukuleles, the four performers belt out the song of malice, breaking free from Lindenstraße to travel to the moon, until finally, everyone lands back on the truly wonderful planet Earth to realize: Good neighborliness should succeed here and now, for it is also a matter of the survival of humanity.

The Theater Lindenhof in Melchingen on the Swabian Jura is a regionally rooted and at the same time nationally known theater. It is a cooperative theater of the Office for Arts and Culture of the city of Friedrichshafen and regularly performs in the city. Since its founding, it has linked contemporary theater with the examination of history, society, and the life worlds of people in the area. Own productions, literary and musical projects, as well as guest performances shape the diverse program. The Theater Lindenhof stands for committed, approachable, and socially relevant theater with a special connection to the region.
