She wants to uncover the secret of the admired revolutionary. Before the reader, the tragic life of a woman between two worlds is revealed.

A concert program in which the British-Singaporean mezzo-soprano Fleur Barron and the pianist Julius Drake explore personal connections and the feeling of home. The program combines poetry and music from eastern and western creators around the themes of home, childhood, and dreams, posing the question to all of us: Is the concept of "home" an inner state, a physical place, a geopolitical space for you? Songs by Johannes Brahms, Alban Berg, Charles Ives, Modest Mussorgsky, Chen Yi, Toru Takemitsu, Charles Trenet, Cole Porter, and others.

TAKE OFF stands for music that is fun, earthy, and honest, rock and pop classics from 50 years of music history: The rock diva Kathi, Rudi on guitar, Manni on bass, Alex on drums, and Elmar on keys present Classic Rock for spoiled ears: unplugged or full throttle.

A cheerful farce by Sławomir Mrożek

There is no escape on the high seas: Three shipwrecked men in tailcoats and tuxedos negotiate with each other. In pointed dialogues, the lies and phrases become apparent.

As their hunger becomes unbearable and the question "What are we eating today?" looms increasingly over the planks, they initially try appeals: to camaraderie, good upbringing, and democratic understanding.

Mrożek's play acts like a parable for our contemporary elections, searching for the "solution." The ambiguous ending shall not be revealed here, just this much: It is as precisely funny as it is insidious.

The main building of the State Kunsthalle Karlsruhe is closed for extensive renovation. However, significant parts of the collection are now visible to the public again – as guests at the ZKM | Karlsruhe.

Hooray, the time has come again! The caregiver of hearts Sybille Bullatschek is allowed an outing from her nursing home and honors us with her freshly written program "VIP - Very Important Pflägekraft!". In it, she once again emphasizes how important caregivers are for society, and that everyone actually deserves an Oscar. While there is no Oscar to be had at her Sunset House, the "Golden Otterle" is awarded, a trophy named after her boss, which no one really seems to covet. Sybille is once again cramming for a foreign language in her 5th program, preparing for the influx of foreign caregivers. This time she has taken a liking to French, which turns out to be even more complicated than her previous language courses in English, Spanish, and Russian.

There will be singing, dancing, improvisation - as befits the show of a true VIP. And with luck, you may even snag a photo with the star after the show.

The flourishing traditional brewery from Freiburg has been in existence for over 150 years and has made a name for itself beyond the city limits with its diverse range of beers. Additionally, the brewery's premises regularly host well-attended events and parties.

In 1865, Ludwig Ganter founded the brewery in the house Zum Kindlein Jesu. The building had previously been the residence of the Dutch scholar Erasmus of Rotterdam for several years. Ganter initially brewed with a small brewing system from the 18th century. Due to excellent sales, the brewery expanded.

It was an accident. Tragic. It wasn't his fault. The boy was under the influence of drugs when he ran into the street. But it's election time. Ministerial Director Heiko Braubach wants to become mayor. This tragedy could jeopardize everything.
In the face of the tragic consequences, Braubach is honestly shaken. The boy was so badly injured that he will spend the rest of his life in a wheelchair. So he goes to visit the victim's mother, a geriatric nurse, to see how he can help. As grateful as she is, her nephew Jerome reacts with rejection to the offered support. He senses the opportunity to blackmail the power-hungry politician from his perspective. An exchange of blows. An escalation. Here, the seasoned, experienced politician who is increasingly cornered, there, the driven by frustration, disappointment, and hatred of the establishment, who can no longer be restrained.
