Event Location
The flourishing traditional brewery from Freiburg has existed for over 150 years and has made a name for itself beyond the city limits with its diverse range of beers. In addition, the brewery's premises regularly host well-attended events and parties.

In 1865, Ludwig Ganter founded the brewery in the house Zum Kindlein Jesu. This building was previously inhabited for several years by the Dutch scholar Erasmus of Rotterdam. Ganter initially brewed with a small brewing system from the 18th century. Due to excellent sales, the brewery expanded.

Students and pupils receive a 10% discount upon presentation of their ID.

This event-tour holds many surprises.

Freiburg im Breisgau, a long time ago: The Red Roderich has seized power in Freiburg and now wants to solidify his position by marrying his daughter Gwendolin against her will to the grim knight Grieswald from Swabia.

Meanwhile, a group of rebels led by the "Green Fox" is planning to overthrow the Red Roderich. In the "Snail" suburb, not far from the Schwabentor, the "profession" had been at home since the Middle Ages. Here, police officers would have a morning coffee with the prostitutes at the legendary Cafe Ruef. Here, citizens lived next to pimps, prostitutes, and thugs and bought their "Long Red" at the "Würschtle-Puff." In the Arena Bar, Freiburg's elite stood at the counter with scantily clad ladies at night, while at the other end of the city center, Gina Wildkatze, the boss of the Playboy Bar, stepped out of her limousine in a long white fur coat. She once had real white mink bikinis sewn for her 15 bar girls.

tell.me.sth.new! explores the transformative power of cutting. Inspiration for the interdisciplinary dance performance is drawn from the autobiographical narratives of three individuals who responded to a call on the topic of identity change and clothing.

Together, the artistic team creates a fictional experiential space that examines the triangle of identity, transformation, and clothing in the sense of a societal skin. On stage, Julia Klockow performs with scissors in dance, percussionist Maria Luisa Pizzighella plays on the multi-channel drum set, and puppet designer Claude Bwendua is supported by the three storytellers. In a research dance, Klockow cuts clothing items that relate to the three autobiographical narratives. Cut by cut, the way for the new is cleared.

As a forester in the city forest of Bad Krozingen in the district of Bollschweil, Johannes Wiesler deals with trees and the forest on a daily basis. His district covers 1,100 hectares, spread across six municipalities. During the forest bathing, he aims to sensitize people to reconnect with nature and to immerse themselves in the calming atmosphere of the natural environment.
